Chicken Soup Recipe With Celery
During the winter months, it is a great suggestion for lunch, dinner or an appetizer to offer to friends and family. However, do not forget that it is of great importance, for a better final result, it is recommended to use quality products.
Ingredients for chicken soup
- 500 g of chicken breast;
- 3 medium-sized potatoes;
- 1 head onion;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 100 g of celery root;
- 50 g of parsnip;
- parsley;
- noodles;
- 30 ml. oil (or other vegetable fat);
- pepper;
- salt to taste.
Chicken soup build-up
- 2 yolks;
- 100 ml. cream;
- 1 tbsp. yoghurt;
- 2 tsp flour (with a tip).
How To Make Chicken Soup Recipe With Celery
Put salted water and the cleaned and washed meat in a pot and boil it until done. Strain the broth and put it in a saucepan on the stove (if it is low, add water).
Add the pre-chopped onions, carrots, celery and parsnips and cook until the carrots are soft. Add pre-shredded chicken meat, vegetable fat and finely chopped potatoes.
Add the salt and cook until the potatoes are ready. Then add the noodles, parsley and black pepper and cook until the noodles are tender. Remove the soup from the heat and prepare the topping by mixing the flour, egg yolks, yogurt and cream in a bowl and whisking well with a wire whisk.
With a ladle, remove from the broth of the soup and add to the building to unify the temperatures. Then, with constant stirring, add the mixture to the finished chicken soup. Return to the stove for another 3-4 minutes, then remove. Serve the chicken soup with warm homemade bread or croutons.
