A recipe for creamy potato casserole, in which cheese and sour cheese are added for a richer taste. Although the casserole turns out to be extremely tasty, it is also quite high in calories, so you can adapt it to your taste.
Ingredients
- 800 g of potatoes;
- 100 g sour cream;
- 250 g of cheese;
- 200 ml. cooking cream;
- savory;
- white pepper;
- 50 g of butter;
- salt to taste.
How To Make Creamy Potato Casserole
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into medium-sized slices. Put them in a suitable pan, add salt, add savory and white pepper to your taste, mix. Add 1 tsp. water, put cubes of butter on top. Cover them with foil and bake them at 180 degrees, they should be fully cooked.
Crumble the cheese and sprinkle it over the potatoes, pour over the cream and sprinkle the pre-grated cheese on top. Bake again at 180 degrees until the dish acquires an appetizing red tan.
Serve it warm, as a side dish or main dish.
