  • 2 eggs;
  • 1.1/2 tsp yoghurt;
  • 1/2 tsp oil;
  • 2 tsp flour;
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp crumbled cheese;
  • 1/2 tsp soda;
  • 50 g white flour;
  • 50 g of butter;
  • sesame.

In a suitable bowl, beat the eggs and add the yogurt in which you previously dissolved the baking powder and soda (the milk should foam). Whisk and add the oil. Gradually add the flour and finally the cheese.

Place paper baskets in a muffin tin and pour in the mixture without filling them to the top (about 3/4 of the volume). Sprinkle with sesame seeds and put a small piece of butter on top of them.
Bake the muffins at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Serve the muffins warm or cold, they’re great either way.
