How To make

All vegetables are washed, dried and finely chopped. Put oil in a suitable pot and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add the carrots and fry again for 4-5 minutes, add the mushrooms and fry for another 7-9 minutes.

Then add the rice and fry until it becomes transparent. You add a little water, salt and ginger. Boil the rice until it starts to soften slightly. If more water is needed, add the black pepper.
