Wash and dry the pork well. Pour a little oil into a suitable pot and fry the meat until golden. In the same fat, add half of the previously chopped sauerkraut, and put the fried pieces of meat on top of it, then add the rest of the cabbage. Pour 200ml of cabbage juice (if you like) and 200ml of water into the pot and let it cook on low heat.
When the meat is already cooked, remove the dish from the heat. You should fry the red pepper in oil and add it together with the fenugreek.
Mix well and transfer everything to a suitable tray. Bake at 180 degrees until done, or as it is often said, until only fat remains.
