Easy Baklava Recipe with pistachio and cinnamon – a real sweet that is made very often and very suitable for Christmas holidays. This is one of the desserts with which we necessarily welcome the holidays in the month of December.
Of course, there is nothing better than making it yourself, rather than buying it ready-made, as you may not like it at all.
Easy Baklava Recipe with Pistachio
This recipe we have prepared is superb in taste and you will be satisfied with the end result. It will work best with hand-sharpened crusts, but hardly everyone has that time on their few days off. That’s why we offer you an option with finely ground peels from the market.
Ingredients for baklava
- 1 package of ready-made fine crusts;
- 300-320 g of coarsely ground pistachio;
- 125 ml. vegetable oil;
- 1 small packet of cinnamon;
- For the syrup
- 2 cups of water;
- 2 cups of sugar;
- 2 vanilla;
- juice of half a lemon.
How to make baklava using this easy recipe
In a suitable greased pan, put two crusts on the bottom and sprinkle with ground walnuts and cinnamon. Then proceed in the same way on each sheet, without sprinkling on top.
You can cut the baklava into rhomboids of the size you want and cover it with the preheated fat. Bake the baklava at 180 degrees until it acquires an appetizing red tan.
Allow the baked baklava to cool completely. Put the water and sugar in a suitable container and let it boil for 5-6 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and vanilla. Syrup the cooled baklava with when cooled with warm syrup.
