Pork and Potato Stew Recipe<\/h2>\n

• 600 g pork (from the shoulder or neck);<\/li>\n
• 600 g of potatoes;<\/li>\n
• 1\u00a0 carrot;<\/li>\n
• 1 onion;<\/li>\n
• 5-6 pcs. okra;<\/li>\n
• 2 pcs. green pepper;<\/li>\n
• 200 g of tomatoes (grated);<\/li>\n
• 2 tsp red pepper;<\/li>\n
• 2 pcs. Bay leaf;<\/li>\n
• 100 ml. vegetable oil;<\/li>\n
• parsley;<\/li>\n
• pepper;<\/li>\n
• jojen;<\/li>\n
• 1 tsp disgusting;<\/li>\n
• salt to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  How To Make<\/h2>\n

  Cut the pork into large cubes and fry it in the hot fat. Add a little water and simmer until done. Add finely chopped onion, carrots, okra and green peppers to it and stew for another 6-7 minutes.<\/p>\n

  Add the grated tomatoes, red pepper and cook for another 5-6 minutes. You should also add the coarsely chopped potatoes, season with salt to taste, black pepper, parsley and bay leaf.<\/p>\n

  Add enough warm water to cover all the components of the dish and cook until the potatoes are ready. Remove from the heat and add the flour mixed with a little water, stirring constantly to thicken the stew. Return the pot to the heat and cook for another 6-7 minutes.<\/p>\n

  Serve warm, garnished with finely chopped parsley.<\/p>\n
